CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
THE CONCEPT
Accepted poster or oral presenters will have the opportunity to:
- Present their work
- Get feedback not only from your peers but also from some of the biggest names in the field.
- Have the abstract published in the Abstract Book
- You will have to register to submit your abstract.
TO SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT
The abstract submission for the 18th ESNI Course in Hasselt, Belgium, July 7th – 10th, 2024 IS OPEN! You have to register to submit your abstract. The registration payment has to be done upon the outcome of your abstract. Maximum two abstracts pr. Participant.

To participate in the selection process, please submit your abstract by MAY 28
SUBMISSION RULES
Before you begin, please prepare the following information:
- Title, authors, affiliation:
- Title (Lowercase, Bold, minimum 15, maximum 300 characters)
- Authors (first names, middle initials, and last names) separated by a comma
- Affiliations (Institution, Town, Country)
- Abstract text is limited to 400 words.
- The abstract should be divided into sections:
- Background
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusion/Acknowledgements
- Only one table, graph, or figure is allowed; it should be included in one of the following formats: .pdf, .xlsx, .docx, .xls, .doc, .ods, or .odt (maximum size 6MB).
- Abstract topics: Please select your topic after consulting the list of topics listed below.
- All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.
- Any abbreviations should be defined where first mentioned.
- Responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the abstract rests entirely with the authors. Accepted abstracts will be printed as submitted.
- Abstracts that do not adhere to the specifications mentioned above will be returned.
- ONLINE Abstract Submission DEADLINE is MAY 28.
- The abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. Abstract acceptance poster display only.
- All accepted posters presented by course attendees will be displayed during the course. The presenting author must be available during the poster presentations.
