Any cancellation of registration have to be notified in writing to the Organizing Secretariat by e-mail esni@esni.org and will be subject to the following conditions:
Cancellation until May 28, 2024 – 100% refund minus €50 handling fee
Cancellation from May 28, 2024 to June 14, 2024 – 50% refund
Cancellation done after June 14, 2024 or no shows – no refund

After this date no refund of fees can be made, however, you are allowed to nominate another person to take your registration see point ‘name changes’. All accepted refunds will be made after the congress.
